【2015美國W&T-18】Mission Point Resort來信、CIEE保險ⓜ－2015美國打工渡假W＆T

其實在雇主面試那一天，Casey就有說面試完之後會發相關資訊給我們，但一直一直都沒有收到，終於在今天收到了阿~~~我的英文程度是無法完全看懂信在說什麼的，但又不想依賴GOOGLE大神，所以就一個一個查不懂的單字了。

信裡面除了基本的寒暄之外，還講到了怎麼去Mission Point Resort，大家可以參考看看:

Flying into Detroit:
Option 1: You will have to then transfer via taxi to the bus station and there is 1 departure daily at 2:20 pm that will arrive in Mackinaw City just after 11pm. You will need to stay at a hotel in Mackinaw City and then take the ferry over to Mackinac Island ($50). Bus website : http://www.indiantrails.com/

Option 2: You can take that same bus with the 2:20 pm departure and ride it until St. Ignace and stay at a hotel and take the ferry over to Mackinac Island ($48). There is a hotel very close to the bus station in St. Ignace called Voyager Inn. The hotel can help you call the shuttle for the ferry dock in the morning. Option 3: You can connect from Detroit, to Pellston on a Delta airline. From there you can take a 20 minute taxi ride to Mackinaw City and then take the ferry over. This usually will cost an additional $350 or so for this flight.

Flying into Chicago:
Option 1: Once you have arrived at O'Hare International Airport you will need to take a taxi to the Amtrak Union Station in Chicago. Their bus leaves at 7am - so you may have to stay at a hotel overnight. You will arrive in St. Ignace just after 11pm and then can stay the night and take the ferry.

Option 2: You can arrange a private transfer with Don Francis at US Work and Travel Shuttles. They provide direct transfer from Chicago to Mackinaw City and will assist you in finding an affordable hotel option. This cost is $150/student and you need to make a reservation. If you are worried about catching taxis and busses - this is the best option because they meet you directly at the airport and take you your whole trip. This is the option I would recommend. My guess is that you can speak with your agent and organize a trip with other students coming to Mission Point Resort. Their website is workandtravel.travel

我覺得Chicago Option 2蠻酷的，感覺既方便又不用花很多錢，因為Casey這封信真的寄得太晚了，我們住宿、交通等都已經處理好了，當然也無法物盡其用了~~覺得可惜，但你們可以參考看看。

另外信中還有提到的部分:
   1)制服的大小需要回信給Casey
   2)褲子雖有提供，但還是可帶自己的褲子，畢竟比較美觀舒適哈哈哈
      ->solid black pants and khaki pants
   3)決定自己名牌上的姓名->看是想要本名，還是想要Mary、Jack等等
   4)鞋子->全黑皮鞋/運動鞋(底跟Mark都要全黑)，不確定鞋子是否符合標準，可mail給Casey詢問
   5)轉接頭->美國的電壓在110~120左右，跟台灣一樣，所以就沒另外準備了
   6)雨具、外套->Casey建議可以帶雨傘等等，還有外套。那邊天氣好像偏涼~~
   7)住宿->可以回信給Casey想跟誰住一起，他會盡量幫你們安排在一起
